Henri Deshays is an entrepreneur and angel investor, currently EIR at Merus Capital and head of strategic initiatives at StartX, the leading non-profit accelerator created by and for Stanford entrepreneurs (300+ startups accelerated, $1B raised, $55M invested by the Stanford-StartX Fund).
He was previously co-founder and CEO of ModeWalk, a curated luxury fashion marketplace acquired by Moda Operandi in 2014.
Originally from France, Henri graduated from IEP Paris and started his career in investment banking at Natixis then corporate finance at GRED, where he was successively director of finance and CFO.  In 2008, he discovered the word entrepreneur in a French dictionary, co-founded the fashion company Pret Pour Partir then moved to Silicon Valley to pursue a MBA at Stanford University, from which he graduated in 2011.
